Product Introduction

After soldering multiple PCBAs, breaking them can often damage circuitry or break electronic components. Using this machine prevents this damage and improves work efficiency and quality.

The moving blade cuts the board, completely reducing stress and preventing cracking in solder joints and component breakage.

You place the PCBA on the lower flat blade, and the upper circular blade works with the lower flat blade to process it. Pressing the switch causes the upper circular blade to move horizontally to the set point, immediately cutting the board. This ensures smooth, flawless cuts.

The blade travel can be adjusted to the desired stop point, depending on the length of the PCBA. The stop points range from 0 to 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm.

A cutting length stopper is located behind the cutter to accommodate different PCBA widths. The machine cuts even PCBAs without V-cut grooves accurately and without skew.

The machine can fine-tune the thickness of various PCBA boards, resolving issues with the depth of the V-cut groove.

The upper and lower knives are made of imported high-speed steel, which is extremely durable. You can resharpen the knife when it becomes dull, and you can repeat the process about 7 to 10 times.
