4, PCBA machine basic operation process

Install PCBA separator machine to ensure that the machine is stable and fixed  the worktable.

Turn on the power switch, place the PCBA on the worktable, and adjust the position accordingly. Operate the controller on the separator and import the program data of the PCBA to the separator. Put PCBA into the customized fixture, set the cutting parameters (generally cutting thickness, cutting speed, etc.), click the start button to start the board operation. The machine automatically identifies the position , and automatically cuts the PCBA board into corresponding small pieces according to the set parameters.
