SEPRAYS’ZAM320 PCB/FPC Laser Cutting Machine has a compact design and can save factory space. A variety of nanosecond, picosecond UV and green lasers are available to meet various processing needs.

●The entire series is equipped with a high-speed CCD visual automatic correction system, which greatly improves cutting accuracy and operating efficiency.
●Fully automatic PCB splitter, from feeding, cutting to discharging, meets the needs of automated factories.
●The processing area is fully enclosed to ensure safety protection during the processing; the design complies with Chinese and EU electrical standards.
●Stress less:With laser cutting even if the components are very close to the cutting path, no stress is imparted to nearby components.
●Accurate control of thermal effects:According to the thermal requirements lasers are selected to match the laser processing parameters to minimize the thermal impact.
●Clean processing:Exhaust of gases and laser ablation byproducts is performed in real time during processing to minimize the impact of contamination on components.
