The ZM30-D multi-blade, multi-component panel splitter can cut entire LED boards in one go, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. It supports customizable non-standard features, including automatic feeding and post-cutting tray placement.
High efficiency and significant labor savings enable daily output of over 100,000 panels.

The gap between the upper and lower blades can be precisely adjusted to ±0.1mm, allowing for PCB thicknesses between 0.6 and 3.5mm.
The blade width is 8mm, allowing for cutting LED strips larger than 8mm (custom sizes below 8mm are available).
The panel splitter is designed specifically for glass tube production in the lighting industry, meeting stringent requirements for deformation tolerance. It is also suitable for the production of aluminum-plastic tube LED strips and strip-shaped PCBs.
