Equipped with a high-resolution CCD camera system, the GAM320AT PCB router performs precise vision-based alignment and positioning correction, ensuring cutting accuracy with every board. Its high-speed spindle includes an automatic tool-change feature, which minimizes static-related damage to PCBA while reducing downtime.
A patented segmented cleaning brush maximizes milling tool usage and lifespan, supporting extended production runs. Optional modules include a clamping system for carriers, laser height detection, a barcode reader, tool diameter monitoring, and MES system integration.
