Engineers designed the ZM10TY PCB punching machine to deliver fast, accurate, and safe depaneling of Flexible Printed Circuits (FPCs) and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Built to handle high-throughput environments, it can process 6–8 boards per minute with excellent surface uniformity and minimal stress on components.
This advanced solution operates with low noise and produces no dust, reducing environmental impact and making it suitable for cleanroom applications. Powered by compressed air, the ZM10TY PCB punching system is both energy-efficient and operator-friendly. It features a lower die with automatic entry and exit, protected by a safety light curtain and a safety door to ensure full compliance with safety standards.

● Exclusive service:
We will give users feedback within 10 minutes on any problems they encounter when using the device, and establish a 1V1 exclusive after-sales service group for users.
● Remote service:
Provide users with a 7/24-hour hotline based on feedback on fault information, analyze, locate, and solve the fault through remote telephone support, remote login, and other methods.
